HAUGHLEY United will entertain 2014 runners-up Whitton United in the second round of this season’s Days Sports Suffolk Senior Reserve Cup.

Haughley defeated fellow Touchline SIL side Grundisburgh 6-0 on Saturday to set up the tie against Whitton, who lost 3-1 to Walsham-le-Willows in the 2014 final at Stowmarket Town FC.

Whitton were 2-1 winners on Saturday at home to Haverhill Rovers, runners-up in 2016.

Walsham-le-Willows, meanwhile, will have home advantage against Coplestonians, the other side who were 6-0 winners in round one versus Wenhaston United.

The ties will be spread across three weekends due to ground availability.

Ties to be played on Saturday, October 27th, Saturday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 10th 2018.
