New for the 2023-24 season, Suffolk FA aim to build a female support community to connect more effectively with females across Suffolk who have an interest in either coaching or refereeing within the county.

Our ambition is to create a support network where females can share good practice, ideas and opportunities, whilst we provide a support system for all females, regardless of experience.

Whether you are new to the game or an experienced coach / referee, the female support community will provide a support network of like-minded females who want to see the female game continue to grow.

We will set up a female only coaches WhatsApp group, provide female only CPD events targeted for both referees and coaches and provide support and opportunities for females to develop within the coaching and referee pyramid.
