Premier Cup Draw Sept 2023

Lowestoft will host rivals Leiston in cup

LOWESTOFT Town will host rivals Leiston in the Suffolk Premier Cup Quarter-Finals.

LOWESTOFT Town will host rivals Leiston in the quarter-finals of this season’s Endeavour Automotive Suffolk Premier Cup.

The two north Suffolk sides have been paired together in the draw which will see Hadleigh United, the only Step 5 side definitely through to the last eight, travel to Felixstowe & Walton United.

Long Melford, the other Step 5 side still in the competition, will be at home to Stowmarket Town if they can knock-out holders Needham Market.

However, if Needham win next week’s tie at Stoneylands, it will set up a repeat of last season’s final with the Old Gold & Blacks.

The other tie will see Ipswich Wanderers entertain the winners of the tie between Ipswich Town and AFC Sudbury, who play next Tuesday.
