Top-ranked teams kept apart in draw

THE draw has been made for the quarter-finals of this season’s Suffolk Women’s Cup.

THE top-two ranked teams have been kept apart in the quarter-final draw for this season’s MH Goals Suffolk Women’s Cup.

Holders Needham Market will visit either Framlingham Town or AFC Sudbury Reserves.

AFC Sudbury, the 2021-22 winners, will host the winner of the Bungay Town and Woodbridge Town tie.

Brantham Athletic, who play in the Suffolk Girls & Women’s League Premiership, will be at home to Championship side Halesworth Town.

Needham Market’s Development side will travel to either Stowupland Falcons or Ipswich Valley Rangers in the other tie.

MH Goals Suffolk Women’s Cup Quarter-Final Draw: Stowupland Falcons or Ipswich Valley Rangers v Needham Market Development, Framlingham Town or AFC Sudbury Res v Needham Market, AFC Sudbury v Bungay Town or Woodbridge Town, Brantham Athletic v Halesworth Town.

Ties to be played on Sunday, January 21st 2024, kick-offs 1.30pm.
