No SIL side has reached the final since the 2014-15 season when Hadleigh United defeated Crane Sports 4-2 on penalties following a 4-4 draw at Brantham Leisure Centre.

Two-times losing finalists Beccles Town moved within one win of a third final in four seasons thanks to a 2-1 victory over hosts Bungay Town in the north Suffolk derby.

All three will go into the semi-final draw alongside Hadleigh United, who won 4-0 last Wednesday at last season’s runners-up Stowmarket Town.

The draw will be announced on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Non-League Hour on Thursday between 8pm and 9pm.

Woodbridge Town set up a home quarter-final tie versus AFC Sudbury in the Best Badges Suffolk Veterans' Cup this coming Sunday after winning 7-0 at Stowupland Falcons in their delayed third-round tie.

County cup action continues this week with the quarter-finals of the Veo Suffolk Boys’ Under-18 Midweek Cup, starting with Needham Market at home to Mildenhall Town on Tuesday.

The other three ties are all scheduled for Thursday, when it will be a big night for Brantham Athletic as they welcome Ipswich Town Under-16s.

Holders AFC Sudbury host Hadleigh United, while AFC Royals face a long trek from Lowestoft to take on Cornard United.
