THE Suffolk Premier Cup has had a change of sponsor’s name.
The competition will be known as the Endeavour Automotive Suffolk Premier Cup, after they acquired the business from previous sponsors Turners Hyundai.
Endeavour Automotive was founded in 2012 and acquired Hyundai in North London.
They have Hyundai showrooms in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Colchester, North London, Stratford and Watford. The Ipswich showroom on Ransomes Europark is pictured above.
As well as Hyundai their brands include approved used cars, LEVC, Lotus, Ineos Grenadier, Polestar and Volvo.
Endeavour Automotive Ltd Group Operations Director Andy Gore said: “Endeavour Automotive are proud to sponsor the Suffolk Premier Cup.
“The sponsorship cements our commitment to the Suffolk area and our Ipswich Hyundai business, Accident repair centre and Hyundai Bury St Edmunds. We are proud to be sponsoring such a big high-profile event.
“As a privately owned company with representation for Hyundai, Volvo, Lotus, Ineos and Polestar spanning Berkshire, London, Essex and Suffolk, we are always looking for events to be involved with that cement our commitment to our local community and the activities within it.”
Suffolk FA Chief Executive Richard Neal said: “I’m delighted Endeavour Automotive will become the title sponsor of our highest-ranked county cup competition.
“With a number of Suffolk sides involved in the competition all doing fantastically in their respective leagues, this season's competition is as open as it’s ever been.”
The second round of this season’s competition is due to take place on Tuesday, February 21st, when eight ties are scheduled.
