TEN adult men’s cup semi-finalists should be decided on Sunday morning.

It’s the quarter-finals across three different competitions, all sponsored by Best Badges Ltd.

East meets West in each of the four ties in the Best Badges Suffolk Sunday Cup.

Bury & District Sunday League teams Mellis and Moreton Hall Ferals have home advantage as do Ipswich Sunday Football League sides Borussia Martlesham and Portman Rovers.

Mellis entertain Trimley Raiders and Moreton Hall Ferals, last season’s losing finalists, are at home to Playford.

Borussia Martlesham, fresh from reaching the quarter-finals of the national FA Sunday Cup, host Barrow, while Portman Rovers welcome Elmswell Athletic. Conversely, in the Best Badges Suffolk Sunday Shield there are two all-West and two all-East ties.

Stoke-by-Clare take on Wamil Wasps in a re-run of the 2020-21 Suffolk Sunday Trophy Final, which Wamil Wasps won 2-0 at AFC Sudbury. Meanwhile, Bacton United 89 face Bury Town Bisons.

On the other side of the county, ISFL Division One sides Westbourne Warriors and Elmsett United go head-to-head as do AFC Claydon and Rushmere & Diamonds.

There are two Best Badges Suffolk Sunday Trophy Quarter-Finals on Sunday.

AFC Dragonly have already secured their spot in the final four courtesy of last Sunday’s 2-1 success against Foxhall United, while Taverners take on Bedfield a week on Sunday.

Stowupland Falcons and Coldham Hall, who both play in Division Four of the BDSL, face each other, guaranteeing a second representative from West Suffolk.

Panthers, who top Division Three of the ISFL with 12 wins from 12 completed fixtures, can ensure at least one representative from the east if they can overcome West Suffolk Wolves.

There’s also two delayed matches in the third round of the Best Badges Suffolk Veterans’ Cup.

A quarter-final visit to last season’s losing finalists Lowestoft Town lies in store for the winners of the tie between Foxhall Town and Mildenhall.

Ipswich Revolution and Aldeburgh Town will be playing for the right to visit Haverhill Rovers in the last eight.

There are also eight Suffolk Boys’ Under-12s Cup Third Round ties on Sunday morning plus first round Plate matches for Boys at U14, U15 and U16 level.

The previous day sees the penultimate match in the second round of this season’s Portable Space Suffolk Senior Reserve Cup as Haughley United Reserves host Whitton United Reserves. Claydon Reserves await the winners in the quarter-finals.

There’s also one second-round and one third-round match in the McDonald’s Suffolk Primary Cup.

Kirton Athletic Reserves welcome Unity in their delayed second-round meeting, with the winners at home to Brantham Athletic ‘A’ in the third round.

Somersham Reserves and AFC Whitton, meanwhile, will both be bidding to become the first team to book their place in this season’s quarter-finals when they clash in the third round.
