Woodpeckers start cup defence at home

WOODBRIDGE Town will start their defence of the Suffolk Veterans’ Cup with a home tie.

WOODBRIDGE Town will start their defence of the Best Badges Suffolk Veterans’ Cup with a home tie.

The Woodpeckers will host Occold in the first round on Sunday, September 24th.

Haverhill Rovers, who they defeated in last season’s final, will be away to Moulton, who are a new side in this season’s competition.

There will be 22 first-round ties in this season’s competition, with 10 teams receiving byes through to round two.
