Ipswich U16s to face Walsham in semis
IPSWICH Town Under-16s will meet Walsham-le-Willows in the semi-finals of this season’s Suffolk Boys’ Under-18 Midweek Cup.
The Town youngsters won their quarter-final tie 5-0 at Framlingham Town on Thursday night to progress to the last four.
Walsham, meanwhile, went through 8-7 on penalties after a 3-3 draw away to Kirkley & Pakefield AFC Royals.
Holders AFC Sudbury will have to wait and see who their semi-final opponents will be after they defeated Kirkley & Pakefield 5-0.
The Felixstowe & Walton United versus Needham Market tie was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch and will now be played on Monday, March 7th on the 3G pitch at Bloomfields, kick-off 7.45pm.
Both semi-finals will be held at neutral venues.
