End-of-season Grass Pitch Webinar event
AN End-of-Season Grass Pitch Webinar will be held next month.
Suffolk FA, in conjunction with Norfolk FA and the Grounds Management Association (GMA), will be hosting the webinar on Wednesday, March 16th from 7pm-8.30pm.
For new clubs and clubs already involved in the programme the webinar will provide another opportunity to meet Julien Morris, the GMA Senior Regional Pitch Advisor.
The webinar will provide an insight as to what support is available and also how end-of-season grass pitch work could be delivered.
The webinar will cover the following topics:
- Preparing for renovations
- Cleaning out
- De-compaction
- Restoring surface levels
- Restoring grass cover
- Growing the new pitch in
- Weed control
