Laxfield face third away draw in cup

LAXFIELD have again been drawn away from home in this season’s Suffolk Primary Cup.

LAXFIELD have again been drawn away from home in this season’s McDonald’s Suffolk Primary Cup.

The 2020-21 runners-up will travel to Macron SIL Division Five side Coddenham Athletic in the third round on Saturday, February 11th.

Laxfield have already won at Hundon Reserves (7-2) and Mendlesham (1-0) to reach this stage of the competition.

Claydon ‘A’, who were 8-1 winners at home to Bramford United Reserves in round two, will travel to Assington Stanley.

Southwold Town, scorers of 11 goals in their two ties thus far, will have home advantage against Ipswich side Gipping Gnats, whose two wins to date have come on home soil.

The make-up of four ties will not be determined until the remaining six second-round matches have been completed. These fixtures are scheduled for January 7th and 14th 2023.
