THE draw has taken place for the Suffolk Boys’ Under-18 Midweek Cup Quarter-Finals.

Kirkley & Pakefield Royals will welcome Walsham-le-Willows to Walmer Road in the last eight of this season’s competition.

The Royals were 5-0 winners at neighbours Waveney in Thursday night’s second round tie, while Walsham- won 3-1 at home to Stowmarket Town.

A good-sized crowd saw an understrength Haverhill Rovers side lose 5-0 to Ipswich Town Under-16s, who will now travel to Framlingham Town, after they put four goals past Beccles Town without reply.

Holders AFC Sudbury saw off Mildenhall Town 8-0 and will now await the winners of the outstanding second-round tie involving Lakenheath and Kirkley & Pakefield.

The remaining quarter-final sees Felixstowe & Walton United, who defeated Ipswich Wanderers 3-1, entertain Needham Market, who beat Brantham Athletic 4-2.
