Veo camera partnership July 2020

Claydon FC winners of Veo competition

CLAYDON FC are the winners of our Veo camera competition.

CLAYDON FC are the winners of our competition to win the loan of a Veo camera for a whole month.

Once clubs are able to return to training and playing matches, Claydon FC will have unlimited access to a Veo camera, which is an affordable and portable sports camera solution.

This will include full access to the online analysing tool, enabling the club to analyse their teams, engage with players and share with supporters.

Claydon FC were selected as winners from the entries received for the competition, which ran throughout the month of December on the Suffolk FA website and social media channels.

Daniel Barnard, who is the club’s ‘A’ team manager and also runs Claydon Under-9 Tigers, submitted the entry on behalf of the club.

He said: “To win this competition is great. Veo have been around for a while now and clubs are starting to use these cameras every weekend.

“It means the world to me and Claydon FC to have the use of one and it will show how our club is run on a Saturday afternoon.

“The Veo camera will help Claydon FC with a lot of things such as with my players, especially the two 16-year-olds, to analyse their performances and how they can improve their game going forward.

“And it will enable the reserve and first-team managers to view games that they see don’t see and how they can help with improving players’ games and who has great potential to move up within the club.

“It will also help me with match days to see what we need to improve on.”
