Cockfield's reward is home Trophy tie

THE draw has taken place for this season’s Suffolk Sunday Trophy Third round.

COCKFIELD United’s reward for hitting double figures in round two is a home third-round draw in this season’s Suffolk Sunday Trophy.

Ipswich Elite were put to the sword by Cockfield United, who won 11-3 away in Sunday’s second-round tie.

They will now be at home to Eye Saints, who were 3-2 winners away to Coldham Hall who, like Cockfield United, play in Division Two of the Bury & District Sunday League.

West Suffolk Wolves, 7-1 winners at Stowmarket United, will be on the road again, this time at Wamil Wasps.

Suffolk Sunday Trophy Third-Round Draw: Cockfield Utd v Eye Saints, Chantry Phoenix v Bacton Utd, Ipswich Pythons v Elmswell Athletic, Wickham Wanderers v Brickmakers Arms, Northam Celtic v Bury Utd, Stoke By Clare v Tollgate, Wamil Wasps v West Suffolk Wolves, Rushmere & Diamonds Res v Crafted Athletic.

Ties to be played on Sunday, November 15th, kick-offs 10.30am.
