Suffolk FA Chief Executive Richard Neal said: “Suffolk was announced as being in the new version of a Tier 2 ‘High’ area once the current national restrictions expire. We know the county being under increased restrictions will mean clubs face even greater pressures.

“As soon as we have further information illuminating what that means for football activity and related hospitality, we will make available to all – we know how pressing this is and how much concern there is for what will/won’t be permitted.”

With the current national restrictions expiring at 00:01 on Wednesday, December 2nd, pending the guidance football activity could restart from Wednesday.
