SUFFOLK FA are inviting applications to join their pool of Independent members who adjudicate on Football Disciplinary Commission panels.
Independent panel members are not required to have prior footballing involvement, but an interest in the game and an understanding of regulatory process is desirable.
Independent panel members can be active football participants (playing, coaching, refereeing etc.), but must be independent from the County FA and The FA.
Darryn Marsh, Football Services Manager at Suffolk FA, said: “We are seeking to add to our pool of independent members to ensure commission panels continue to provide fair and appropriate outcomes in line with FA guidelines, and reflect the population of the county.
“Although these roles are voluntary, with related costs and expenses reimbursed, significant training is offered throughout, you will contribute towards the continue integrity of the local game, and there are opportunities to further your involvement with The FA.
“We would particularly welcome application from individuals with judicial experiences in alternative fields.”
For an informal discussion regarding this opportunity, please contact Darryn Marsh or Phil Barber on 01449 616606 (option 1).
If you feel you have the required skills, attributes and capacity to join the pool of Independent Football Discipline Panel Members, please contact Darryn.firstname.lastname@example.org as outlined in the Role Profile at the foot of this page.
