Brett Vale through to last four of cup
BRETT Vale are through to the semi-finals of the HomeStore Self Storage Suffolk Women’s Cup for the first time.
They defeated Needham Market Reserves 3-0 in the quarter-finals on Sunday to reach the final four of this season’s competition.
Brett Vale will be the only Suffolk Girls’ & Women’s League side in the semi-finals.
There they will be joined by Eastern Region Women’s League Division One North duo East Bergholt United and Needham Market.
East Bergholt United defeated SG&WL visitors Henley Athletic 4-1 and Needham Market, last season’s losing finalists, saw off Beccles Town 9-1.

The draw for the semi-finals will be broadcast and filmed live on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Thursday Night Sports Social between 8.30pm and 9pm on Thursday.
The quarter-final line-up for this season’s Suffolk Veterans’ Cup is now complete following Hadleigh United’s 12-0 win at home to AFC Thurlow on Sunday.
