Isabel named Chair of Youth Council
ISABEL Chaplin is the new Chair of the Suffolk Youth Council.
The 18-year-old has been a member of the Youth Council sponsored by R Bugg Trading Ltd for just over three years, previously being Referees’ Officer.
Isabel, who lives near Hadleigh, said: “I am really excited about the opportunity as I was not expecting to be nominated.
“My appointment came out of nowhere, but I am really looking forward to the challenge and seeing what we can achieve as a Youth Council in the coming season.”
Isabel, who takes over the post from Jourdan Kiwomya, continued: “We will be running a series of events during the course of the season.
“If you are looking for a new challenge or wanting to help other young people to get involved in football, then the Youth Council is a great opportunity to do so.
