New sponsorship for Walking Football
REPLAY Maintenance are to sponsor the Suffolk FA Walking Football programme.
The artificial turf maintenance company, who are based at Long Bennnington in Lincolnshire, have agreed to sponsor the programme for the next three years.
The agreement includes sponsorship of the annual Suffolk FA Walking Football Cup which will be held for the third time on Saturday, June 1st at Goals in Ipswich.
There are currently 21 Walking Football centres across Suffolk, ranging from Beccles and Lowestoft in the north of the county to Newmarket and Sudbury in the west to Holbrook and Ipswich in the east.
Suffolk FA Senior Football Development Officer Darren Scoulding said: ‘Walking Football has seen significant growth in the last few years with the number of players who participate weekly at our Approved Centres rising by 25% in the last year alone.
“The support of Replay Maintenance allows us to further support these centres, coupled with continuing to run our popular Cup competition.”
