KBB NEFF county cups sponsorship 2019

Sponsorship agreed across four cups

A SPONSORSHIP has been agreed for four Suffolk county cup competitions.

THE KBB Centre and NEFF are sponsoring the semi-finals and finals of four of this season’s Suffolk county cup competitions.

The four cups are the Suffolk Premier Cup, the Suffolk Junior Cup, the Suffolk Primary Cup and the Suffolk Boys’ Under-18 Midweek Cup.

All four competitions will culminate in finals at Ipswich Town’s Portman Road ground in early May.

The sponsorship deal has been struck to celebrate KBB’s continuance as a NEFF 5 Star MasterPartner.

Roger Peck, a director of The KBB Centre, the Ipswich-based kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms company, said: “Suffolk FA were looking for cup sponsors and the opportunity to have a top brand manufacturer in NEFF willing to help support our links with Suffolk FA was an opportunity not to be missed.

“We have a lot of innovative things happening with our 5 Star MasterPartner this year, with showroom changes and new NEFF products.

“We are particularly excited about Neff’s main event of their 2019 calendar which is the launch of NEFF’s ‘Home Connect’.

“We are very proud to announce that these products will be available on display in our showroom in June.”

Jon Crane, Neff’s Area Business Manager, has worked with KBB for many years now.

He said: “At Neff. We fully support youth football and sporting initiatives and we are delighted to have the opportunity to be involved with Suffolk FA by sponsoring these local cup competitions.”

The first semi-final covered by the sponsorship should have been the Suffolk Premier Cup tie between Stowmarket Town and Felixstowe & Walton United at Hadleigh United FC on Tuesday evening, but this was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The tie has now been re-arranged for Tuesday, March 26th, again at Hadleigh's Millfield ground.

The other Suffolk Premier Cup Semi-Final, involving Leiston and Ipswich Town, is scheduled for Wednesday evening at the Goldstar Ground, home of Felixstowe & Walton United FC, kick-off 7.45pm.
