Albion meet holders in Sunday Trophy

THE draw has been made for the semi-finals of the Suffolk Sunday Trophy.

HAVERHILL & Hove Albion will face holders Bardwell Sports in the semi-finals of this season’s Suffolk Sunday Trophy.

The pair will meet in the last-four tie at Blackhouse Lane, home of Cornard United FC. Bardwell Sports are pictured above celebrating after defeating FC Monarchs 3-2 in last season’s final at AFC Sudbury.

The other semi-final pits Lavenham, the 2017 runners-up, against Felixstowe side Hardy. That tie will take place at King George V, the home of Whitton United FC.

The draw was made on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Thursday Night Sports Social programme.

Suffolk Sunday Trophy Semi-Final Draw: Lavenham v Hardy, Bardwell Sports v Haverhill & Hove Albion.

Ties to be played on Sunday, March 17th, kick-offs 10.30am.
