TWO teams who had impressive away victories in the previous round will meet in the third round of this season’s Suffolk Junior Cup.

Bildeston Rangers, who were 5-0 winners at Brantham Athletic A in Saturday’s second round, will be at home to Old Newton United, who won 8-1 at Bramford Road Old Boys.

Old Newton United currently lead Division One of the Touchline SIL – two points ahead of Bildeston Rangers.

Sporting 87, who are third, required penalties to get past Cockfield United 7-6 in the shoot-out following a 1-1 draw. They will be away to Wickham Market, who currently occupy seventh spot.

Holders AFC Kesgrave, who edged past Mendlesham 3-2, will have home advantage against Hundon, who defeated Kirkley & Pakefield Under-23s 8-1.
