SIL guaranteed two cup semi-finalists

THE draw has been made for the quarter-finals of the Suffolk Senior Cup.

THE Touchline SIL will be guaranteed two clubs in the semi-finals of this season’s CNet Training Senior Cup.

Bourne Vale United will entertain Henley Athletic, while Achilles will host Westerfield United after the four remaining SIL Senior Division sides were drawn together in the quarter-finals.

Arguably the tie of the round will be the 2013 winners Ipswich Wanderers at home to Haverhill Borough in an all-Thurlow Nunn League Division One clash.

The fourth tie will see Kirkley & Pakefield Reserves, who play in Division One of the Hadley & Ottaway Anglian Combination, entertain Thurlow Nunn opponents Cornard United.

The draw was broadcast on BBC Radio Suffolk ahead of Ipswich Town’s live-on-Sky match against West Bromwich Albion kicking-off on Friday night.
