Vacancy For Girls' and Women's Development Officer

SUFFOLK FA are looking to appoint a dynamic, passionate individual to the role of Girls’ & Women’s Football Development Officer.

This exciting opportunity will be focused on sustaining and increasing participation within the Female game across Suffolk.

The individual will be responsible for strategically managing a number of key Suffolk FA projects, liaising with various stakeholders and providing multiple development opportunities to support Female football in the county.

The individual should be experienced in leading and delivering projects, able to influence change and confident in developing relationships across a multitude of cultures, backgrounds and environments.

The candidate will ultimately have a passion for Sports Development and a desire to create environments which provide people in Suffolk with the best football experience possible.

Suffolk FA Senior Football Development Officer Michael Cornall, who is leading the recruitment of the position, said: “With the FA having a key focus to double female participation by 2020, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to have a significant impact on this target locally.
