Suffolk FA Coaches Academy
The Suffolk FA Coaches Academy will return after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Specifically for an exclusive number of coaches within the county of Suffolk, the Academy offers a number of bespoke CPD, coaching support and a variety of benefits for the undergraduates.
This is a recognised programme within the Suffolk Football Community and is nationally unique.
From 2015-2019, 80 coaches were part of a two-year programme designed to support and develop the very best coaches within Suffolk.
In order to liaise regularly and update the Suffolk Football Community on various events, the Suffolk Coaching Network has its own dedicated twitter page.
This will act as a forum and a network for coaches to discuss, connect and explore coaching.

Inductees to the Suffolk Coaches Academy are made each September, with the application period being from 1st June to 31st August 2018
The application criteria requires a minimum of 1 year's coaching experience along with:
- 1st4Sport FA Level 1 Criteria in Coaching Football
- FA Emergency First Aid
- FA Safeguarding Children
- FA Enhanced CRC Check
- FA Licensed Coach
