IPSWICH Town Community Trust are offering a series of virtual courses next week.

Courses are being held on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to help children have some fun during half term week.

The Trust’s Head of Community Jason Curtis said: “Ipswich Town Community Trust are committed to ensuring that February half term is an opportunity to have fun and a welcome break from home schooling despite the ongoing lockdown.

“We are delighted to have a variety of activities available to ensure we have included as many groups and interests as possible. We are encouraging engagement to improve and / or develop the following for children:

• Promote social interaction
• Improve fitness
• Reduce stress / anxiety
• Develops focus
• Have fun

“Achieving this will hopefully encourage children to stay active beyond next week on a regular basis as we look forward to coming out of lockdown and can start to enjoy the spring / summer to further encourage participation in sport.”
