It's Time to Talk

SUFFOLK FA are supporting this year’s Time To Talk Day on Thursday, February 4th.

SUFFOLK FA are supporting this year’s Time To Talk Day on Thursday, February 4th.

Time to Talk Day, led by MIND and Rethink Mental Illness, encourages everyone to be open about mental health, to talk, to listen and to change lives.

A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference. We know that the more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down.

Suffolk FA are supporting the campaign, highlighting the important message behind ‘The Power of Small’ by hosting a range of different online sessions via Zoom throughout the day on Thursday led by guest speakers.

Guests will be talking about their current role in football, what they are doing to support their own mental wellbeing, as well as answering questions from those in attendance.

Every session is completely free to attend, and registration will be available once all the guest speakers have been announced.

To see who is joining us – check out the Suffolk FA Twitter Page here throughout the day on Tuesday.
