THE East Anglian Referees’ Pool are seeking to recruit a Referee Observers’ Co-ordinator to co-ordinate/manage the observing scheme for the Pool.

The appointment will be from July 2022 but there will be opportunity to shadow the current Co-ordinator, Ralph Hedley, during the 2021-22 season.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, a good knowledge of refereeing and observing, and will be willing to work flexibly.

There are no standard hours and an honorarium of £400 together with reasonable travel expenses will be available to the successful candidate.

As this role involves direct access to young persons under the age of eighteen, within the context of the job or any subsequently related activities or responsibilities, the successful candidate will undergo a thorough screening process, which will include a Criminal Records Check to ensure their suitability for the role.
