SUFFOLK FA will be holding an England Disability Talent ID Workshop next month.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday, November 20th at Inspire Suffolk, Lindbergh Road in Ipswich from 7pm-9pm. The cost is free.

As part of the England Talent ID Strategy, the Talent ID workshop forms part of the recruitment and identification of players within both mainstream and pan disability football teams.

The workshop is designed to provide information for parents, coaches and volunteers to identify potential players who would benefit and be eligible for the England Talent Pathway.

There are an estimated six per cent of players within mainstream leagues that are eligible for an England Disability Team.

The workshop will cover the following:

• Player pathway
• Age, stage and classification
• Eligibility and classification
• Recognise talent/potential
• International game format
• Referral process
• What can you do to help?
• Action planning
