IPSWICH Sunday Football League side FC Monarchs will start their attempt to go one better in this season’s Suffolk Sunday Trophy with an away tie at Gainsborough United.

FC Monarchs reached last season’s final, where they lost a thrilling match 3-2 against Bardwell Sports, who have been handed a bye in the first round.
