Away Draws For Sides In FA Trophy

ALL four remaining Suffolk clubs have been drawn away in the Second Round Qualifying of The Buildbase FA Trophy.

Saturday’s six results in the First Round Qualifying of The Buildbase FA Trophy (pictured above) saw two wins, two draws and two defeats, with the results as follows:

 

Bury Town 1 Chalfont St Peter 1

King’s Lynn Town 0 Mildenhall Town 1

Leiston 1 Folkestone Invicta 1

Metropolitan Police 3 AFC Sudbury 0

Needham Market 3 Arlesey Town 1

Worthing 3 Lowestoft Town 0

 

The draw for the Second Round Qualifying to be played on Saturday, November 11th was made at Wembley on Monday morning, with all four Suffolk clubs receiving away ties.

 

Billericay Town v Bury Town or Chalfont St Peter

Dorking Wanderers v Leiston or Folkstone Invicta

Brentwood or Bedford Town v Needham Market

Barwell v Mildenhall Town

 

The previous weekend, just one Suffolk club, Framlingham Town, progressed through to the Second Round of The Buildbase FA Vase, earning the club an away tie to fellow Thurlow Nunn League club Gorleston on Saturday, November 11th.

The results were:

 

Enfield Borough 4 Newmarket Town 2

Framlingham Town 2 Cockfosters 0

Thetford Town 1 Debenham LC 1 aet; Replay Debenham LC 0 Thetford Town 2

Wisbech St Mary 2 Whitton Utd 1

Wisbech Town 4 Felixstowe & Walton Utd 0

 

Earlier in the month, just one of the three Suffolk clubs progressed through to The SSE Women’s Cup, with Ipswich Town Ladies receiving a home time against Leyton Orient on Sunday, November 12th.

The results were:

Wymondham Town 9 Newmarket Town 2 aet

Enfield Town 1 AFC Sudbury 0
