International clearance is required for any player over the age of 12 who is either a foreign national or who has played football abroad and now wishes to play for a club in England.

In order to be able to submit a request to the relevant Association, please complete the form on behalf of each player and return to:

Please note that The FA has up to 30 days to respond to your request, although we would normally hope for an answer much faster than this.

If, after 30 days we have still not received a response then The FA may issue a provisional clearance in accordance with FIFA Regulations, which will enable this player to play for you.
