In order to affiliate for the 2010/11 season, all Youth Clubs and those Adult Clubs that have a Youth section MUST have a named Welfare Officer who must have the following requirements:
- An accepted FA Enhanced CRB disclosure
- Completed the Safeguarding Children Workshop
- Completed the Welfare Officer Workshop
These three requirements must have been met by the Club Welfare Officer before the Club's affiliation for the 2010/11 season is accepted.
