Club Changes & Holidays

If your club makes any changes during the season to what had originally been stated on your affiliation form, it is the club secretary's duty & responsbility to notify the County FA immediately.

Changing a Club Official / Secretary

If your club appoints a new club official or a new club secretary, please email info@suffolkfa.com with the following details of the new contact:

  • Full name
  • Role at club
  • Date of birth
  • Address including post code

Changing Club Details / Club Info

If your club changes it's home ground or team manager(s), simply email info@suffolkfa.com with full details.

Secretary Holidays & Temporary Secretaries

If your Club Secretary has gone away, is on holiday or has a holiday booked, please keep us informed by emailing info@suffolkfa.com.

We can then appoint an alternative person as a 'Temporary Secretary' to send any correspondence to.

If an alternative is not suggested, the Club Chairman will be set as the club's temporary secretary.
