This can be done simply by completing the Affiliation form (under related documents) and returning with the correct remittance to Suffolk FA HQ.
If you are looking to start a new club for season 2010/11 there is no need to affiliate now unless you are planning to play matches between now and the end of May.

We advise all clubs looking to play in a league next season to contact the league they wish to join early in order that they can register there interest.

- Under Suffolk FA Membership Rules; Mens, Womens, Boys & Girls clubs all have to be affiliated separately (completing separate forms & paying relevant fees)
- The late fine does not apply for newly formed clubs
