There are many opportunities available to all sorts of needs:
- Facilities grant
The facilities scheme provides money to develop new or improve facilites for community benefit. These include changing rooms or clubhouses, grass or artificial pitches and multi-use games areas.
- Small grant
The small grant scheme provides funding for projects which use football to increase participation by both players and volunteers. This is done by supporting the costs associated with providing new activity.
- Goalposts grant
The goalpost safety scheme provides grants to replace unsafe goalposts.
- Junior Kit grant
The junior kit scheme provides money for junior kit and equipment to under 18 teams and adults with disabilities.
The Football Foundation is one of sport’s biggest charities, offering a variety of funding schemes to suit every type of project. The Football Foundation requires projects to have been discussed with the local County FA before being submitted. This is to ensure that projects fit into the County Football Strategy and offer value for money.
Goalpost Safety is a key priority for Suffolk FA and you can get the ball rolling on obtaining a new set of goals today.
