I became involved in football in 1994, first role was first aider to Sunday League men’s football team

Becoming a Licensed National Trainer for The FA

County Welfare Officer
What is the biggest challenge within your role?
Reaching those that have not yet fully taken Safeguarding Children on board but this is also the most enjoyable part of my role when I do manage to get them on board because they suddenly realise how important it is for the children and themselves as volunteers.
